General facilities

Negra is very well equipped; has open fires in both main reception rooms and a wood burning stove in the smaller 'Blue Room'.  There are ceiling fans in downstairs rooms, full central heating is installed while the “Teenage Heaven” on the second floor, has air conditioning.  The pool is heated by a new powerful heat pump, which extends the season from May through to October. 

Cellular phone network coverage is now excellent, however, the house also has a landline which may be used and is charged at cost via a low cost carrier.  

A PC is installed with a Broadband connection; a WiFi network is also available to use with your own laptop

There are copies of directions in both English and French in the house, should you wish to fax them to friends, taxis, etc.  We also leave a 'Welcome Pack' which gives a guide to the shops, markets, restaurants and other places of interest in the area.

Security is covered by 'Muttley', the resident dog who actually owns the place!  However, if you are not sure about dogs, you need never see her.  An alarm system is fitted, with a security company on hand.  A resident Guardien lives across the courtyard.
