Cost of let per week 2010:

Low Season £3550
Mid Season £4000
High Season £6000

2010 prices have been held to 2009 levels except for an adjustment for local costs to reflect the stronger euro.

Maid/cooking & pool service, 6 days a week included.

Lets are Saturday to Saturday.

Out of season lets are Wednesday to Wednesday but this can be flexible so long weekends are available (by arrangement) for Birthdays, Anniversaries etc.

Deposit - 20% on booking.  Balance - one month prior to arrival. A £1000 breakage/damage/telephone deposit must be paid with the balance and is refundable, less any charges, within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
